Eugene Volokh, blogger and noted law guy, is consulting (pro bono) with Aaron Walker’s defense team. Volokh is a good egg.

Of course, the only reason Walker needs a defense team is that certain Maryland judges run a very idiosyncratic court. Very. As you’ll see from the audio and transcripts.

But it helps if you can get arrest warrants issued by good men in good faith, by giving law enforcement factually false information. Yup.

Brett Kimberlin, a man once convicted for domestic terrorism as the Speedway Bomber, seems to have no respect for truth or the law.

But then, he didn’t have any respect for the observational skills of people in Indiana, either. Until it got him caught.
