WASHOUGAL, Wash. — Neighbors have pitched in to help a Clark County dairy farmer who lost a barn in a fire early Monday morning.

“There has been a constant stream of livestock trailers in and out of there today,” fire chief Scott Koehler said. “It’s heartening to see that.”
