  1. That’s some good advice right there. It’s good to know exactly how much time one has for writing and recreational activities once necessary things are completed. Using up the time one might spend writing on idle activities can be a real problem. Ars longa, vita brevis.

    1. Especially the kind of folks who try to be responsible and fix everything, RIGHT NOW.

      Good way to burn yourself out, which helps nobody!

    2. (My poor husband has been trying to get me to ACCEPT the idea that no, I am not all powerful, and destroying myself IS actually a bad thing.)

      1. That’s what husbands are for. Jordan Peterson once joked that when you bring a man and woman together in marriage, you can approximate one normal human being between the two of them. :)
